La entrada en vigor del nuevo carnet de moto A2 permite conducir motos con un límite de 48 CV y un peso mínimo de 175 kg con gasolina. Ademas, las motos podrán ser limitadas con kits homologados siempre que su potencia en origen no supere los 95 CV. El abanico de marcas y modelos es realmente amplio.

pobres los que vienen detrás? cuando se comenzó a hablar de la reforma era impensable que se pudieran llebar todas esas motos sin tener experiencia...

sinceramente, la reforma aprobada finalmente me parece un churro cuyo único objetivo es recaudar más dinero.

Se sigue aplicando la normativa con la posibilidad de modificación del motor (kits de limitación) cuyo "uso" es popularmente conocido... la única diferencia es que ahora enlugar de llegar la moto "limitada" (sólo de papeles) de más de 100cv, esa "trampa" sólo se podrá hacer con las motos que de serie no den más de 94cv, que siguen siendo muchos para alguien sin experiencia, repito.

Ayer se publicaba en el periódico que el 38% de los accidentes de moto en Barcelona fueron motociclistas con carnet B (coche) convalidado... volvemos a esa manía de la administración de permitir conducir sin tener ni idea de lo que es un vehículo de dos ruedas...

Sinceramente, la propuesta inicial de reforma me parecía mucho más lógica desde el punto de vista de la seguridad vial. Un carnet intermedio que OBLIGARA a la introducción progresiva en el mundo de las dos ruedas, con un carnet que sólo permitiera llebar motos de cilindrada y potencia media (hasta 450cc y 45cv de serie, era una de las ideas que se barajaba inicialmente) sin posibilidad de trampas fáciles como la "limitación".

Para variar, finalmente se ha puesto una normativa a medias que no sirve de nada, por falta de cojones de la administración de hacer las cosas bien aunque de entrada no sean aceptadas por todos... (véase ley del tabaco y la modificación que se plantea ahora después de que miles de bares gastaran su dinero en acondicionar salas de fumadores, por ejemplo...) si es que tenemos una suerte con los políticos de este país...

How influentital the Media on Teens Are
     It has been a hot topic discussed heatedly for the time being that how indeed the media influence our teens. Different peopie  come  up  with  different opinions. The following passages are two different comments given by several  teenagers ranging from 15 to 20.

They think that they use the media--magazines, television and movies--to connect to one another and to the world, so naturally,they're influenced by the images the media present. It's not the fault of TV.aion kinah Media are an expression of our culture--not the cause. It's time we stop making the media a scapegoat for our nation's problems. It's not the media's job to make sure kids understand what they're watching; that responsibility belongs to parents. Parents and schools should dedicate more time to establishing clear rules of discipline.The influence of parents and teachers--the teens' true role model--carries more weight with teenagers than what they hear on the radio or see at the movies.
